Description: As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the financial management of mechanical and electrical services for the contract/contracts in conjunction with the Contract/Project Engineers. Activities will include setting contract documentation, preparing post contract enquiries, financial and contractual control of sub-contractors accounts, preparing and agreeing schedules, assessment of contract variations and liasing with the client, main contractors and other departments.
